At present, Marcus Management, Inc. provides full service property management for 23 residential communities, encompassing about 4,000 housing units in and around the Detroit and Metro Detroit suburban areas.

In addition to our full service property management clients, Marcus Management, Inc. provides property and financial consulting services to a variety of multi-family housing communities on either an issue specific basis or under a monthly consulting arrangement. Some of the more common topics about which we provide consulting services include; Mortgage Payoff for Cooperatives, Long Term Financial Planning, Strategic Planning Sessions, Operational Systems Analysis and Physical Property Evaluations. Ralph J. Marcus, President and CEO of Marcus Management, also provides training to cooperative housing participants both on a regional (MAHC) and national (NAHC) basis.
